If, after thorough testing, we find that a warranty return is feasible, the device will be returned to you upon payment of the corresponding fees within the required timeframe. The return processing fee is 10.00 euros (within Europe; destinations outside of Europe may incur additional shipping fees).

Please note that under no circumstances will we offer a partial refund upon receipt of a complaint filed under the above conditions.
