If, after thorough testing, we find a warranty return to be feasible, the device will be returned to you upon payment of the corresponding fees within the required timeframe.

The return processing fee is 10.00 euros (within Europe; destinations outside of Europe may incur additional shipping fees). Please note that under no circumstances will we offer a partial refund upon receipt of a complaint filed under the specified conditions above.
