Order processing time: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of payment. This is a realistic estimate based on past performance and we aim to achieve it on 90% of orders. UK delivery time: All orders under 30Kg on tracked SAV 2-3 days with DPD. A forklift is not required.

Large items such as 4U servers will be sent on a wooden pallet with a pallet carrier - pallet delivery tracking is available on request. UPS will include your local VAT fees in their payment request. You will receive these payment requests in the same way you currently receive courier tracking updates - the process is fairly seamless and hassle-free.

Any payment requests and payments made will be reflected in your tracking history. Express delivery in the UK: If you paid for express delivery, we will prioritize your order. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take possession of your product. After 30 days, you will not legally be entitled to a full refund if your item is defective. If your item is defective, you are entitled to a replacement or repair under our base return warranty as explained below.

This right to a refund does not apply to products you have bought in download form, such as music, games or apps. You can, however, request the repair or replacement of a digital product if it is defective. And if that is not possible or fails, you have the right to a price reduction.
