A forklift is not required. Large items such as 4U servers will be sent on a wooden pallet with a pallet carrier - pallet delivery tracking is available upon request.

UPS will include your local VAT charges in their payment request. You will receive these payment requests in the same way you currently receive tracking updates from your courier - the process is quite smooth and hassle-free. Any payment request and payments made will be reflected in your tracking history.

Express delivery to the UK: If you have paid for express delivery, we will prioritize your order. Your order is guaranteed to be shipped within one business day on a next-day service.
