UPS will include your local VAT fees in their payment request. You will receive these payment requests in the same way you currently receive courier tracking updates - the process is quite smooth and hassle-free. Any payment request and payments made will be reflected in your tracking history. Express delivery to the UK: If you have paid for express delivery, we will prioritize your order. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take possession of your product.

After 30 days, you will not legally be entitled to a full refund if your item is faulty. If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or repair under our return-to-base warranty, which is explained below.

This right to a refund does not apply to products you have purchased by download, such as music, games, or applications. However, you can still request the repair or replacement of a digital product if it is faulty. And if that is not possible or fails, you have the right to a price reduction.
