This in no way implies that our goods are low-cost offers, as all refurbishment operations are carried out by a team of specialized, qualified, and experienced technicians. Each product for sale in our shop is guaranteed for a minimum of 6 months.

We believe that 6 months is more than sufficient to detect a flaw or notice the poor quality of a product. Therefore, we commit to taking back all relevant goods and sending you a new one as soon as possible. Finally, to ensure you receive quality service, our after-sales service is directly managed by the technical department, which will be able to guide you in case of a malfunction.
