If an EORI number is not provided, your package may fail to be delivered. If you are an individual customer (consumer) from these EU countries (BG, CY, CZ, ET, FI, EL, HU, IT, LV, LU, PL, PT, RO, SK, SL, ES, SE), please enter your personal identification or government identification in the "Notes to Seller" during payment. If a personal identification is not entered, your package may fail to be delivered. Order processing time: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of payment. This is a realistic estimate based on past performance and we aim to achieve it on 90% of orders.
UK delivery time: All orders under 30kg will be delivered within 2 to 3 days with DPD tracked service. A forklift is not required.
Large items such as 4U servers will be shipped on a wooden pallet with a pallet carrier - pallet delivery tracking is available upon request. UPS will include your local VAT fees in their payment request.
You will receive these payment requests in the same way you currently receive tracking updates from your courier - the process is quite smooth and hassle-free. Any payment request and payments made will be reflected in your tracking history. Express delivery to the UK: If you have paid for express delivery, we will prioritize your order. Your order is guaranteed to be shipped within one business day on a next day service.
Orders placed between 12pm and 9am will be processed and shipped on the same day. We use these companies with confidence that your packages will arrive safely without any damage. Packaging: We use custom protective molds that surround the corners and edges of our machines. The foam mold not only protects the machine from shocks and physical damage, but it suspends the machine in the middle of the box to prevent damage if the box is damaged. We understand that errors and problems can always occur, but we will strive to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible. Warranty returns: Component-only orders are covered by a 90-day warranty, while configured systems are covered by a one-year warranty. Return process and cooling-off period: Under consumer rights law, you have the legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, and to obtain a full refund - as long as you do so promptly.This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take possession of your product. After 30 days, you will not legally be entitled to a full refund if your item is faulty. If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or repair under our return-to-base warranty, which is explained below.
This right to a refund does not apply to products you have purchased by download, such as music, games, or applications. However, you can request the repair or replacement of a digital product if it is faulty. And if that is not possible or fails, you have the right to a price reduction.
